I build the layer underneath your GTM tools.

GTM Engineer in Manila, working remote. I build the lists, the enrichment and the automation that sit under outbound, in Clay and in n8n on my own server, so a small team gets qualified pipeline without adding headcount.

Most pipeline problems aren't volume problems. In one funnel I owned, brands kept stalling at payment setup, and the reason was confusion, not price.

I rebuilt the follow-up around that one cause, and conversion held at 46%.

That's how I build everything: find where it leaks, fix it at the source, then automate it so it stays fixed.

Inbound and lapsed-lead conversion at a UK B2B SaaS company. Before that I helped the enterprise team at AnyMind Group reach 132% of its quarterly target.

Two builds,
start to finish

Both are my own work on my own accounts, built to show how I think. No client data in either.

Clay

A researched, scored prospect list, with a reason to write to every firm

Boutique M&A advisors are easy to confuse with recruiters and PE funds, and even a clean list gives you no reason to email anyone this week. So I built one that solves both.

  • Cheap where it can be, expensive where it has to be. A low-cost AI read ran on all 50 firms. The web research agent, about six times the cost, ran only on the 34 the first pass couldn't answer.
  • Tested before trusted. I graded six firms where I already knew the answer. The cheaper model rated a fractional CFO firm as a top match, so that one column moved to a stronger model.
  • AI lines are drafts. 28 of the 39 opening lines read as ready. I flagged 11 for a human edit, mostly older deals worded as if they were recent.

308 credits out of 1,000, about 6 per fully built row.

n8n, self-hosted

An email enrichment waterfall I host and run myself

I wanted to understand what sits underneath tools like Clay, so I built the same idea from scratch: ask the cheapest reliable source first, and only pay for a second opinion when the first one can't decide.

It runs in Docker on my own DigitalOcean server. I wrote the JavaScript code nodes that clean the data, and every record ends up saved somewhere, even when a step fails.

Built and tested end to end. Next is a real 50-record run side by side with Clay, to compare cost and accuracy.

  1. Webhook

Receives a person: email, name and company domain.

  2. Normalize Email

Cleans the address and builds a dedup key. Anything that can't be an email stops here, so no credit is spent on it.

  3. Hunter

First check. Valid results go straight to the database.

  4. Abstract

Second opinion, only for what Hunter couldn't confirm.

  5. Generate Candidates

If both say no, it guesses up to four address patterns from the name and checks each one.

  6. Airtable upsert

Writes the result, and updates the same row instead of creating a duplicate on a re-run.

Dead LettersAny step that errors sends the record to its own table with the reason, instead of losing it.

Loom, about 3 minutes

See the Clay table in action

I start with the finished opening line it writes, then show how each column gets there.

Where I've done it

  • Business Development Executive

UK B2B SaaS company, 2025 to now

Inbound and lapsed-lead conversion in Salesforce, Groove and Salesloft. Found the real drop-off and rebuilt the re-engagement flow around it.

  • Outbound systems, my own practice

    2022 to now

Outbound builds for B2B founders: lists, enrichment, sequencing and sending infrastructure. Earlier clients include Merch Jar and InstaDM.ai.

  • Sales and Marketing Intern

    AnyMind Group, 2025

Enterprise brand and agency outreach. Helped the team reach 132% of its quarterly target.

Fix the system, not the volume.

Open to remote GTM Engineer and outbound systems roles. The quickest way to reach me is email.
